At Urban Agility, I offer circuit and strength training classes for people of all levels nine times a week. I specialize in making workouts lively and personal, even in a group setting. You'll rarely get the same workout routine - or the same playlist - twice. The gym has beautiful natural light, a wide range of equipment and toys, and booming speakers. Sometimes my classes have twenty sweating, smiling athletes. Others become a one-on-one session with me.

Pricing
I don't offer a membership card to weigh down your conscience. I believe in providing no-pressure, flexible, affordable ways for you to invest in fitness. Your first class in only 20 bucks. Second one is on me. Class passes last for six months. I accept cash, card, paypal or check.
